I don't know if this is the right place for this, but is there anyway that the devs can look into Spen support for Android?

Is Spen the S Pen?

(Forgive me it that is a dumb question, I don’t have android and this is what google suggested. I assume the pen would have some special functions that differ from just touching the screen with said pen?)

Yes, S Pen. Warzone does not work well with the S Pen unfortunately though. Had a Note as my last phone.
