I am upset by not being on the community levels leaderboard even tho I am record holder on 3 levels. Is there a minimum amount of points you need to have to be there?

No. But you have to be top 250 (Muli has changed that number a few times I think). The rank is according to the points.

AVG = Average win rate of every level the player has a record on
N = Number of records the player has 

Points = (1 - AVG) * N

Also @Muli do you use the same search system as the Create Game > Change Players > Search for the Search option on the dashboard? Cause I woud love te be able to search for 1 character usernames.....

Yeah, it's just the default search and it has some limitations.
