I am working on a new map of Europe with a lot of bonuses, but everytime I add a bonus in the map designing window I have to wait a minute or more. Sometimes the program even crashes. Does anyone know why my laptop is so slow, or is it just because I have so many bonuses?

There are a thousand reasons for a computer, laptop, phone, etc. to be slow. You need to be more specific.

I have no idea I have had maps with many bonuses but never had an issue like that. Strange

I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem because overall I think my laptop is quite decent.

I will say that having too many things stored on it, or too many web pages and/or apps running at the same time, or both, would slow down any computer.

I guess it is going to take quite some time then. I am working on a more detailed and realistic European diplomacy by the way. This is what I have so far:

The only thing I can suggest, is to try doing it in flash. Go to https://www.warzone.com/ChangeWebMode and try it.

I haven't made any big maps, so whether that is better or worse I don't know.

And if you already work with flash try switching to UJS
