I think you should name the G.U.L.A.G. Archipelago Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelnotrudovykh Lagerey Archipelago, it's full name. I know it's long, but abbreviations don't look good in maps. And people will only write down the first word or copypaste it, so there won't be any confusion or problems with long names.
And I'm happy to see a famous Dutchmen in the map!

Is Erasmus really that famous 0.o
I didn`t know that.. Also The Hague is in it :)
I still think The Hague is a lame name however. (Den Haag is veel beter).

I have tried to write Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelnotrudovykh Lagerey Archipelago but in Inskape and also in warlinght there is limit in bonus names length.
I can wrote down Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelnotrudovykh Lagerey Arch only.

Limit in bonus name length? I didn't know that! But then you should at least change the abbreviation to G.U.I.L Archipalego, I don't know where G.U.L.A.G. came from.
And what about the superbonuses I suggested?

You have a territory and a bonus both called "The Sorched Earth"; that's misspelt, it should be "Scorched".

I know for superbonuses but not yet decided what bonuses can include in Hedonism superbonus.
What is GUIL now, I don't know. G.U.L.A.G. is right term:
