maybe the nickname was a bit different? cause I just checked and it does work perfectly for every nickname from this thread.. maybe the guy is new and google "robots" didn't yet recognize his profile page..
Actually, that's not how Google works. It doesn't magically know about pages (nor does it try to guess them, which would sort-of work in this case), it merely follows links. So, if it knows about warlight.net (how it gets there is another matter, but let's say it does) and looks at the homepage, it won't just store and index the text on that page, it will also keep track of all the links it finds. One of those is called "Community" and points to
http://warlight.net/Dashboard.aspx. Once it looks at that page it will find a link to the forum (which has a list of all the subforums and all the threads on here). So it will find this thread and in here, every post has not only the name of its author, but also a link to all of our profiles.
It doesn't matter how long toddster has had an account and a profile page; so long as nothing links to it, as far as Google is concerned, it doesn't exist. So the fact Google can't find his profile basically tells us he's never posted on the forum, it doesn't tell us whether his profile exists (read: whether the username was misspelt).
