A few weeks ago I started playing warzone because of the pandemic, without making an account. Recently I tried to connect my mobile progress to a cross device account, and ended up logging in with an account I made a long time ago on desktop, which didn't inherit any of my pre-account profile progress/games/etc.

Reading this thread (link https://www.warzone.com/Forum/400735-lost-single-player-levels ) I surmised that if I made a new account directly on my phone i might get back access to the multiplayer games, however this didn't work, the multiplayer tab is still empty.

However I still get notifications from the warzone app that it is my turn in certain games, when I tap the notifications I'm brought to the empty multiplayer tab. So the unregistered mobile profile still exists, even if I can't access it right now. As a hail-mary request would it be possible for someone to connect the unregistered profile with my current account?

The info that I have on the unregistered profile is that it had 'rob' as the username, the last single player map I beat was the middle eastern one with the boss, the previous map being the one set in South Africa with gold mechanics. Multiplayer games in progress include:

Probably report it to Fizzer and ask him to prevent people from playing on the app without proper account

If you don't have the login credentials for 'rob', contact Fizzer to see if he can help.

If you do have the credentials, just use them :p

If you forgot the password, but have a email address that is linked with rob, use the forgot password link.

For account recover requests, where resetting password is not a solution you should contact Fizzer.

Not really sure how the 'shadow' accounts work, but I don't think it's possible to merge accounts. However, it might at least be possible to gain access to the account.
