My quarantine FAM! not been following this 100% sometimes have say four or five days following it then fail a few but been trying to have some form of schedule (I had two weeks off work at Christmas didn't have any form of plan on what to do and ended up spending 40 hours+ a week playing games and it was shit)
9am wake up sleep through alarm
10am get up shower eat brush teeth ect
11am to 1pm do either stuff needed for education or language learning
1pm to 2pm lunch washup do small things that can be done in less than an hour / spend spare time relaxing
2am to 3 or 4am do either stuff needed for education or language learning (whatever I didn't do in morning)
4am to 5am Run (everyother day else just waste time normally)
6am tea
Then it's basically freetime and I just end up wasting it tbqh. Consisting of gaming , reading , watching youtube or series , wanking (tho don't even feel like doing it much now) , cross stitch - which I just started , reading stuff online. Anything high dopamine low input!!!!!!!! =)))). Until 12pm to 2am
If you have other stuff you need to do you can substitute waster time after 6am with other activities. It's not a great schedule but it work for me better than nothing

You should learn a skill. Or use the time to get into shape.
