Not all the players have defeated me, some of them even failed to pass the test. And many player needed a 2nd chance to make to the clan. The fact that I got beaten by some of my clan players once does not mean that I will get beaten by them 2nd time too. I can teach my players well, as I know how to pick the right bonuses, expand, defend and break other players bonuses. Also, I always analyze history and tell other players what I/he did good/bad no matter if I won or lost that game.

I Don't say that I'm an experienced player, I'm just telling you that I'm a good player and I know how to play Warlight and I don't need other people help to see what I did wrong or well, because I'm clever enough to realize it myself and don't repeat same mistakes again. Then I get beaten by someone, I go to history and check history to see how did he play, what bonuses did he pick and to what directions he expanded during the game and if I find a good/intelligent move in his orders, I memorize it and reuse it with success in future games. I also get many good ideas from watching ladder games too. I have been quickly improving my strategy in last 3/4 weeks and Now I'm much stronger than I used to be back in those days. So the more time will pass, the better I will become and my win percentage will rise.

Justin, One of my specialties is telling how good people are by the way they play...You are a solid player but i would not say you are good...If what you say is true about learning fast and stuff, youll be there within 1-2 months but right now you arent there.

Win% - especially 1v1 win% - means close to nothing. It's pretty much irrelevant if your profile shows 65% or 85% won 1v1s. So, in itself, the fact that you put so much emphasis on your win% already shows your relative inexperience. You say you watch the ladder games - have you beaten a (ranked) ladder player in a strat1v1 yet?
Don't take this the wrong way! I'm sure you'll get better and better with every game you play. But right now, you're still quite the rookie. Being aware of this - and not overestimating your own strength - will help you in the long run. You'll be more likely to search mistakes in your own play, rather than attributing losses to bad dice or just you being tired or whatevs. ;)

Lol gnullbegg I was wondering the same thing...
Anyways Justin I don't know how you play but I would like to help you, maybe give you some tips considering I have never played you...

Gnullbegg, I actually don't care about my win%, but some people on these forums like Richard Sharpe do care about it, so I wrote it in case if he decides to post something more in this thread. I haven't defeated ranked ladder players on 1v1 strategic, mainly because I like to play different maps. Also I always look for mistakes in my own play.

Haha Richard, I read it as soon as i posted and saw how stupid it sounded...but yes, i do think i am good at telling people skills if i have played them recently...I havent played you recently so im not sure but I think youre probably a good player but not a great one.

Isn't it just WONDERFUL how we are all once again calling each other out on our flaws and overall mediocrity in this threat?
I excell in this excercise btw, because
this post is now self-referential.
Thank you.

No, not really...I was a solid player then but I have improved a lot since then...I didn't play very good taht game and you played solid so you beat me...I don't know if I'd consider you a good player based on that game but you were very close to being good and I'm sure you've improved a bit since then...So basically yes, I think you are a good player now.
