I know that there is the nations cup and a thew other tournaments going on at the moment, but not everyone in warlight has had a chance to do it. So what I thought we could do is a bit like the Olympics and have most country's taking part. (the ones that can get players anyway). Then in the games we should have 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5 v5, ...............all the up to 12v12 and we would have 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,and 24 all v all. Players taking part in the games can take part in a maximan of 3 events but if a country is struggling for players they can use them more times . To help put the games together we will have a warlight Olympics organisations(woo) to create the events. We shall have a person from each country in the woo and a extra 12 people including me to be the organisers. Attention the tourment has not started organising or started any events or putting teams together. This is a thread for recruiting the woo. So that we can plan the tournament in more detail. The tournements setting and rules on this thread are only draft. The woo so far is just me but on this thread tell me if you want to be in it. If you are going to say something not really to do with the thread don't post it. But if your interested say we will have maximan of 35 woo organises. Any questions.

Sorry Alex but i had the idea of Warlight Olympics before you did and I was planning on starting them up soon...Maybe you can think of something else to do.

Ska, I made a forum post on it around a month ago...The way I've always seen things on Warlight happen is that the guys who made his idea public first is in charge of it...It's like inventions, the first one to patent it gets the credit for making it...On warlight its the first person with the idea that is in charge of it, which in this case would be me.

Alex, that's because i have been busy lately but I'm not right now...I invited you to a game and we can talk over how it will work.

Nah it did hence there being no interest and the thread disappearing so badly you felt the need to revive the idea in your own way. It's not like he can lay claim to an idea in perpetuity just because he tried it once and it didn't go ahead.

Gotta agree with Ska on this one...

The idea that a concept is yours and yours alone to institute only works in the short term. If no progress is made after a few weeks then it is fair game for another to take over. JSA outright states he is too busy to implement his Olympics concept so it only makes sense that someone else should be allowed to do their own version of it.
