Taking control of a clan is perfectly legal in WarLight. It has been done before to Illuminati, Vitrix Mortalis, United Nations to name a few.

Any and all evidence will be presented at the tribunal.

Hidden Hand, you amaze me with your immense stupidity. By giving a player manager rights, you give them the authority to excersise those admin privileges. As the warning clearly states, a possible outcome of admin actions may be your demotion/expulsion. You were warned. You didn't heed that warning. You have been stung for it.

You ask for our references; read ToS. Anything there? No. Read Wiki. Anything there? Only the warning I mentioned above. When buying an online product like this, theft laws are not so important - nothing has been physically taken. Where are your references? What do you base the notion that you must have your clan back on? If there was intervention last time, my comment is that Fizzer was unwise to set a precedent, but he is well within his rights to ignore you.

To reassure you that we do indeed have charges, I will let you know of one:


We hereby accuse the Hidden Hand of using an automated program to spam invites to the members of the Warlight community, trying to give the ILLUMINATI clan an unfair advantage over other clans.

We have evidence of this via screenshots of messages between Red Army and HH, and also possibly a link to the program itself.

Also Illumanti has spammed the forums with useless threads and continues to do so.

Just to comment on something said earlier about Vitrix,

The difference with us is we did not ever kick or threaten to kick MIchael once I assumed emergency power, I also instantly spread the power to others so it was democratic, we placed him on trial which the truth came out he was causing a civil war in the sense of ruining the clan just because he could, he then left the clan by his own free will.

This was probably the factor which Fizzer thought was different, that he left by his own free will and the clan he was leaving clearly did so with the best intention of attempting to keep him, we all loved Michael as our leader but sadly he turned his insanity on us :/

My opinion on this being in the tribunal is that yes Illuminati should I think be somewhat punished or even stricken from the clan list because the actions they have taken in the past like with the rules such as unfair game play is encouraged like purposely sabotaging games and giving clans itself a bad name because of this (I have encountered this a lot from those not in clans) and the fact they don't organize themselves as a clan in a way befitting to be called a clan, they should really be called a 'rabble' all point to their existance being insulting for us hardworking clans.

HOWEVER

The fact that in this case power was taken by force to do negative deeds is more condemnable.
