Colonisation Card
Color:I propose red or green
Initial number of parts:12
Level unlock:it is up to you to select
This card,when enabled,allows player to colonise any neutral territory. It will be given to him next turn. It is played after attacks,so colonisation may fail if enemy has more armies.
Shield Card
Color:White or gray
Level:25

This card is similar to Emergency Blockade Card,but has a different usage. When played on a territory,any enemy armies attacking it will die without making any damage to the player's armies. However,armies will not be multiplied. Any armies,transfers or airlifts cannot pass. Even deployments are not possible. It can last for multiple turns (but normally just 1). After the end of the card usability,all armies will be randomly placed on the player's territories. Because of that,it is recommended to use it with only a small amount of armies and rather as a tool for protecting territories.
Order Blockade Card
Parts:7
Color: Yellow or blue
This card allows player to select an opponent's territory. While this card is functioning,the player cannot issue any attack from that territory,but that territory can be attacked. If someone other conquers that territory while this card is working,it will also be unable to issue attack.
It will also remove possibility to play Emergency Blockade Card or Blockade Card. Airlifts also cannot arrive,but the armies can be deployed.
At the default settings this card will last for 2 turns.
Rebellion Card
Parts:12
Color:red,blue or green
Level to unlock:38 or 40
This card,when played on a player,will randomly distribute the ,,rebelion" armies on the player's territory, exactly half of the number of its armies. If the player's number of the armies is not dividable,then the number will go up (if a player has 15 armies,there will be 8 rebels). The rebels will be allied with the player who have iniciated the rebellion,even if the game is a FFA.
If they at strart appear somewhere where player already have armies,they will fight.
The rebels will be ruled by an AI.

There are mods that can do some of these things, however I do not think that the shield card is a good idea at all.

We already have a diplo card, and it's nothing but annoying. What makes you think a ceasefire card would be good?

None of these cards are same as Diplomacy Card.
