Apollo being a clan leader of Lynx has nothing to do with this argument. It's not affecting Lynx at all, except at worst, I can't play for one season. And considering each player in my clan will only play one tournament anyways, that will make very little difference in our final point standings.

Miyagi has clearly gone against me on the issue I have cared the most this clan league. As did ChrisCMU. If their loyalty as friends to me was greater than their sense of desire to be honest and do what they think is right, they would have sided with me. That they didn't side with me shows that they are not biased.

I tried working with you, and it didn't work. All you do is complain about how everyone who might not agree with your views is biased. You are the most biased one here, because I have just played a large role in getting you suspended. That is the simple truth.

Why not just find people that are neutral in this conflict???

Also that they voted that i am some crazy person with some split personality for years instead of seeing the obvious tells me enough that they are not neutral, but for some reason you expect me to think they are not on you side??? Do you have any idea how idiotic that sounds???

I would not jeopardize my honor, my clan's honor, or the integrity of the clan league to protect an alt, even of a friend. Obviously I am not winning trophies on ladders. My pride and joy is my clan, and competing in the clan league. I am sure people do not rate me high as a player (which is sometimes unfair i think), but i hope people value my other contributions here.

I did vote NO for you being an alt Orange. But seriously once the decision is made, we do expect a bit of disagreement. But you are going on the offensive here, is this revenge or something. We don't have some hostile thoughts against you, we just vote on our OWN opinions. You have only just got involved in the league once you were mentioned, you cant just shout out that the council is biased. We don't make the council to discuss alts etc. We make the council to run the clan league, the league is for gaming. All of this alt nonsense is ridiculous. If you want or anyone else wants to contribute right from the start then sign up, if not you have to go along with decisions made. Its not our fault that your supposedly 'Brother' looks extremely like an alt.

Anyway...on the JSA matter. To my knowledge JSA is not Robin Hood. I'm not saying that because I'm biased, I'm saying that because that's what I believe. This wont affect Lynx at all, we are playing almost all 20 players Lynx has currently in the next clan league. Even me, who's making my first for a long time and probably last appearance. Whoever you talk to, who gets involved in the clan league there's going to be some biased opinions. For example Pulsey, JSA and him have had some squabbles in the past, are you really going to trust Pulsey on this case.

Its just coincidence that all the council members are pretty good friends. We didn't plan this, we didn't expect to be dealing with alts. I'm fine with letting neutrals vote, but can you find any?

I'm not the only one that thinks JSA and Robin Hood are the same person. Look at the polls I made, a slight majority even agrees with me.

You cant place people, no one has that much power and influence except Fizzer. The council seemed to have been formed by people that have helped make the clan league. That's why I suggested if you wanted to have more authority, you should get involved from the start.

We did not have a fair trial.
A fair trial would be judged by people that is no friend or foe from the accuser(JSA) or accused(me and woohoo).

The only neutral in the 'council' that is no friend or foe from the accuser(JSA) or accused(me and woohoo) is Apollo, and he voted that we are not the seam person.
And i did bring very convincing evidence that we are not the same person. so of course i go in the offensive here for the injustice that they put me under.

That would be Apollo, the creator of the clan JSA's currently in, right? Nope, no bias there!

Whereas Miyagi and Chris are biased because...? Chris and JSA were in a clan before, yes, but to my knowledge, there's not as much connection between those three, so to say that Apollo is the only neutral is quite blatantly not true.



I don't think we're going to find a suitable conclusion to this issue, unfortunately.

Yeah, there will never be a good conclusion reached on this issue, as there wasn't a good conclusion on the woohoo/orange issue. The council weighed both sides as decided which thing was more likely to be true. That is the best way to decide things like this. The earlier ruling still stands, and this will be the end of this argument. Next season, we are going to ask the clan leaders to submit their lineups and we will chek for potential alts before it starts, and will hopefully not have to face this issue again.

Also, there may be a change in the clan league this season that allows a person to play in multiple divisions, as long as their total tournaments do not exceed four. This is not final yet, just an option that might happen.

oke so in concluson:

1. Miyagi and ChrisCMU who are close with JSA for over 2 years have dicided that even while we talked in the chats like 2 people for 2,5 years, and even have evidence that a player did hear both oure voyces that we are the same person.
2. The council is not impartial.
3. JSA is not getting anny trial while he has not shown anny convincing evidence.
4. We both may not play in season 6.
