I would like to see the number of times a player has been blacklisted added to their profile and based on that a prerequisite option to filter out players with x number of blacklists.
Likewise, I would like to see a "Whitelist" option added where you can add people you particularly enjoy playing with. Also added to profile and also added to prerequisite options.

You can already add people to your invite list, which is basically your whitelist.
A filter for number of blacklists may be cool, but we don't really know if this can be "trolled" (people creating hordes of accounts just to blacklist a person as a joke).

Disagree. Too easy to have the number manipulated. Some troll gets upset with a player, creates a handful of accounts and blacklists the otherwise innocent opponent with all of them. Instant 20 blacklists.
Also concern with a clan 'enemy' getting mass-blacklisted and thus banned from games for no good reason.
Wouldn't the 'whitelist' essentially be your invite list?

The other problem with publishing the blacklist totals is it allows the trolls to realize how ignored they are and would likely spur some of them to generate new accounts, thus defeating the entire point of the blacklist.

Or spurring them on to new heights of trying to get blacklisted, similar to people rigging games to raise their win stats.

Good Idea but I see how trolls would be a problem. How about having a White list and a Black list but for members only, free users could see both lists but not have the ability to add or edit from those lists.
