Buns is still the player with the best run on the 1v1 ladder ever. I remember when I first joined, you couldn't just get the trophy, you had to go through buns, period.

Hell you're not even the greatest template specialist either. HotBeachBum who was really only good at MME, dominated far longer than you.

No offense to you Equiv, you're a really good player, but you don't even crack the top 10 active players imo, let alone all time.

Join the MTL if you really want to play with the best.

Guest has been really good this year.

Accomplishments include:

Peaking at #2, 2035 rating on the MTL
9-3 in CL A 1v1s being the MVP for WG in a tight relegation battle
16th on the ME seasonal, 13th on the Georgia Seasonal, and currently 14th on the Landria seasonal
10-2 in Nations Cup playing for Germany B who won the whole thing. In that he went 6-0 against France, USA, UK & Ireland the three strongest teams Germany B played.

I think Guest has a very strong case to be rated as a top 15 current player on warzone. Top 10 is shakier just because there are a lot of amazing players on warzone.

@Glass, Guest went 11-7, not 9-3. Summer had 8-4. Guest did have 35 points, vs Summer's 24; so in that regard he'd be MVP, but considering he was the only player with 3 slots, that's an easy way, Summers WR was better.

He's still an amazing player, just saying you overrated that performance a bit by disgarding Sze 2v2

I was mainly defending Guest after Zev's comment. Did I cherry pick the stats? Absolutely. You might also notice I put Summer in my top 10 while having Guest as an honorable mention, as I consider Summer the overall stronger player. If we compare their CL performance I think it's an easy case that Guest was MVP for WG.

Summer in 2 1v1s: 8-4

Guest in 2 1v1s: 9-3

Guest in a 3rd slot 2v2: 2-4

Now Summer did play in what most would consider harder 1v1 tournaments, but I put a lot of weight on 3 slotting.
