yeah, that is definitly cheating. And you can report him, go to his profile, scroll down>report

Henns, you really can't. It just gives you a link to the "cheating" section of the wiki where it says "Read the settings next time".

Not cheating. Did he get points illegally? No. He set settings and you fell for it. Next time, make sure you check the settings before joining a game.

Luckily I did read the settings. I only posted this thread because I thought it was unfair to the people he played.

Games were one tries to trick other with the settings giving himself a huge advantage (like 1 overpowered bonus in a couple of other bonuschanges) are forbidden afaik.
