Im a member now and there was a mod which was called Better cities made by @TBest,
if you played in a game where this mod was enabled pls give the template.
the mod is only available if you get a game where it was played in and make a game build on that template.
nvm i found a game

If you want to have fun, you can experiment with the WIP updated version. Just be warned that it's not out yet, so don't start any big games on it and such. (Read : have fun in SingelPlayer for safety)
