You're already in the ladders. Talk to the players you match up well with. If you get along, invite them to join your regiment. Start a wiki page so you can communicate within your group. Go ahead, Alex. No one's stopping you but you.

Ideas are free. Execution costs effort. Go do it.

Sounds like a neat idea for a structure within a clan. Never played with you, but you might be having trouble getting members based on your profile. First, you have a built in excuse for your bio. That doesn't sound good. 2nd, you have a boot% over 10, which is the cutoff on many ranked games. Having a leader that can't participate in many ranked games isn't ideal (and I never join open games with people over %10 either). Also, your win % isn't very good.

It is probably all in what your clan message/goals are. The military ranking lends itself to some sort of internal evaluation, so maybe work that angle with possible members.

Myself, I am considering the clan route (joining one), but not %100 sure yet based on our IT department cracking down on usage and there being no iPad app. Still might though (assuming the people I am thinking of want me), just can't be AS active.

i got a massive boot rate because i went on holiday for a week and i didn't have any vaccations left so i got booted like everyone knowes. and it is true my bio everyone would agree i can't take it off if it's upseting you, it's alright calm. i don't care about my win rate at the mo im learning. perhaps you should say whos second account you are. otherwise if this is your first account don't critersize.

Relax Alex, he was merely trying to offer some constructive criticism and explaining why your attempts at founding a clan haven't met with much success.

Don't know why he would have to be a second account in order to criticize either... as if he has no right because this is merely his first account.

No one wants to help. No one wants to do your project for you. Everyone wants to make themselves happy. No one but your mom and dad wakes up motivated to do anything for you. Ever.

You have an idea? You get to do it. You do the recruiting. You make the wiki. You delegate the ranks. You create the games. You start the conversation. You do it all.

If you want people to play with you, you will get a response that reflects the effort you put into getting others to play with you. So far, all you've been willing to do is go onto a forum and say, "Hey, anybody want to play with me? I've got a game I made up but I haven't figured out all the rules, what do you think they should be? And we need a bunch of people to play and maybe you can find somewhere we can play it 'cause I don't know." See the problem?

when you are starting a clan, its all you; you dont have any help, you just have to decide on everything

once you have a few members, they are sometimes eager to help (thats what happened with me anyway). i created ranks to help me with the running of the clan and also to reward those who helped me most.

I don't understand why an account number matters. I also don't understand what age matters either. But since it does to you, it is my only account I've ever had and I am 33. Apparently one or both of those make my opinions invalid...
