Are techs permanent upgrades that give you bonuses for all levels or are they per level?

since they are bought with resources instead of AP, I would assume they are per level

There is a Tech Called "Increase Taxes on the Rich"
discription: "Increase money received from all territories by 30%"

I don't understand the increase of money from territories. It doen't seem to be bonuses as that is a difrend Tech.

Territories don't give money but only armies and ore when there is a Mine or Army Camp on it as far as I know, so what does that Tech increase by 30%??

Territories do give money. For example, Taiwan on Final Earth earns you 39 money per second.

Oh thanks, never noticed that. Well that Tech is not worth it on the Final Earth mapm then, the income from territories is ~200/s on Final Earth so thats 60/s extra for ~2.5M worth of bars... Taking territories for bonuses give a better return.

You can hover over the money stats and on the top right (PC) and it breaks it down. The territory income seems to be about 10% of the bonus income but that probably varies according to the map.
