As it stands, it is pointless. If you made Iceland worth something, then it wouldn't be.

you can change the bonuses in the settings. i made the map for diplomacy/roleplay games. if you think its pointless, it doesnt matter because it doesnt effect anything by being a dead-end in the corner of the map. plus in commerce games, you can build cities on the territories to develop them.
