I am trying to create a 40 player game balancing as many things I can

- Advanced diplo V.4
-safe start 1 or 2 turns
-gift armies


I just need players who are going to play till the end no matter ho the game turns

vacations honored
4-5 days to take turn and
booted players turn to AI

"Diplo" is too general a term.

What is the goal of your diplo game?

I've played numerous diplo games that:

(A) were essentially just FFAs where you declare 1 turn in advance (diplo v4 mod enforces this); these can be individual or team games = 1 person or 1 team wins in the end

(B) everyone just played until some "satisfying position was achieved" and then everyone VTEs

(C) have specific goals which must be accomplished or dealth with (countries X,Y,Z are at war, countries A,B,C have an alliance, etc, and a revolution is happening in France, must quell a rebellion in country Q, etc) -- and then use (A) or (B) to eventually decide on an "end condition"

(D) rule breakers are PE, and then there's a number of rules about PE: does everyone need to attack the PE, can the PE make amends, etc

(E) are actually detailed RP games that just happen to also be diplos, but the focus is more on the RP

I never surrender. I host diplomacy games but they are almost always ruined by boots. I like diplomacy games ONLY if they are commerce.
