Just had a look at your channel. I didn't see it at first glance, unfortunately.

In Twitch settings you can turn on "Automatically save broadcasts for up to 14 days"

If you turn that on Twitch will automatically save your stream and have it visible to everybody for 14 days. From that video, you can make highlights (which will never disappear, so you could also make a highlight that is your full stream) or you can straight up export it to your youtube channel. There is a possible drop in quality because Twitch saved the stream, rather than recording it with obs. But this way you can not lose your vid completely. Even if it's just a safety measurement, I'd turn it on.
