It looks like you can change anything in the game, but you can't change your join date!
Is there anyone having an older account for them?

How old is "older"? Older than what?

Do they also know there's no benefit in having an older account? Just artificially looking like an old timer.

Would be wiser to ask for a no longer desired account that has lifemem and premium colours.

I've got a 07/2015 (https://www.warzone.com/Profile?p=1851888898) and an 11/2017 (https://www.warzone.com/Profile?p=1890949820), both of which I've lost access to (forgot the emails, pretty sure I remember the passwords) and don't plan to maintain/use. If those are acceptable, I can ask Fizzer to restore access to those accounts (perhaps a long shot) and hand them over to you.

Just to make me and my friends not look like a newbie :) lvl is not important, as we play we will get skill and xp.

Nothing wrong with new accounts though, and skill (even the appearance of skill) has nothing to do with the account's age. Besides, most people don't look at the profile anyways.
