Although I am notorious staller myself, I agree with Pardon.
I know Pardon from ladder games, and he is one of the kindest and friendliest players I have met. So, he must have a very good reason to be angry at John.
This looks so frustrating... I've noticed that there are some players who get into an unmanageable number of games all at once and end up only taking their turn when they're close to timing out. Not that I approve of that, but I wouldn't think 23 counts as unmanageable, and the chatlog in this case is truly baffling.
