Can someone explain me if the fact you won a certain nr of game without losing can influence your rate? Or it just depends by the opponent you are facing?

It doesn't do anything special to have a streak, it just means you have lots of wins without any corresponding losses, which will naturally raise your rating. Someone with 20 losses to low ranked players won't suddenly shoot to the top if they get 20 wins in a row against good players, at least until those 20 losses drop off.
