I'm having this issue since yesterday, I can return to my current game a few times until it dissapears like it never existed, it happened 3 times now. Am I doing anything wrong?

Perhaps you're clicking "play" on the level, instead of clicking "resume" at the top of the screen? I did that once, and it reset the level's progress.

Nope it happened to me too. Twice now.

Happened to me. I was playing, I reloaded the page, and now it claims I don't have any games started at all. Some kind of bug...

Sorry about this. If you lost progress, make sure to report a bug.

I'm working at fixing this in the next update. As a temporary workaround, you can avoid the reset by doing a "sync" right after starting a new level.

To sync on mobile, press the head in the top right corner and then Sync. To sync on the website, use the hotkey Ctrl+Alt+G.

After doing a single sync, the level will be saved to the server and therefore it won't reset. You don't need to sync again until you start a new level.

Is this workaround something new? I had synchronized this map already before it reset both times.

Just happened to me again. I think I synced, switched devices, but didn't sync on the new device, and that was enough to reproduce it. Do I need to file a bug report or does this suffice?

Always report a bug. And make sure you report a bug from the same device you saw the issue, and immediately after you saw it.
