It would be nice if I could, for example, move 10 troops from A into C, and 10 from B into C, and then from there, advance all 20 into the next territory.

Current multi attack does not allow that since you can create an unlimited amount of delay moves by moving an army back and forth. However, krinid is working on a LMT mod that will allow you to transfer armies between your territories.

As KG said, I'm working on a mod that will do that.

Just working through an issue with it right now I haven't been able to fix b/c I'm not familiar enough with the WZ framework ... but a work in progress.
