Warzone Basics: How to Attack

According to communitylevels.online this is one of the hardest single player community levels.

Created on April 13, 2018, 0 wins on ~1800 attempts.

What appears to be an easy win is quickly complicated by the AI having a +500 reinf card and a 100% sanction card off the bat.
9 turns later, the AI gets a 999 turn Diplo card.

You are stocked with a ton of airlift cards, 100 pre-deployed armies (50x4) and 37 anywhere armies. Reinf cards are in 15 pieces, but its hard to see how that helps given the diplo card.

Any thoughts on strategies?

I am thinking some initial armies need to be deployed away from the scene as delaying armies, but I'm at a loss on how to overcome the ~4:1 army gap.

It says "you just have to make an attack" to win...

AI: Prod 2.0 with randomness <--- this is the main problem with this

My second turn, I made a successful attack. Now what?

First, airlift all of your troops in one place. Second, defend such that you gain more troops than the AI. You want the AI to get the Diplo. Hope it helps

It didn't. He's got a sanction card, so you can't get more armies than him. Plus, you are at a net deficit from the start.

This is almost impossible. Not only you have to defend all bonuses, only way to win is if you trick the ai to attack your armies given the defense rate.
