If this is a contract "intelligence" group, what is the consideration (or the payment for the services rendered in legal terms)?

Will these payments be unilateral (a service in exchange for a service)? Honestly this would be the most likely situation. For example, if a certain player wishes to gain some intel, then they could contract with ISIS to throw a game or something of that nature in exchange of that intel.

This is why a "contract" intelligence group is threatening. It could damage the nature of the ladder system Warlight holds dear.

Does anyone else think this group is bad news?

After all, why would a "contract" group just do things for just for fun? I mean, who in their right minds would think that "doing it for the heck of it" would be the basis of the kind of consideration that would be needed in order for this to be legitimate in any sense of the word.

Oh we will definitely not interfere with the ladder system or otherwise do anything that is against the rules. We simply deal in secrets, and mostly specialize in inter-clan spying.
