I was actually referring to people who flip the hell out after they lose a match. And, as I said, if you're getting upset about it, there's probably a reason. I know that:

1) Duke is well-spoken and polite when chatting in games, and that he is open to discussion about strategy without getting defensive when someone has a different idea about what to do than he does.

2) He doesn't sit there waiting for the very minute when he can kick someone from a game EVER, whereas you've done it at least once.

3) He doesn't post random messages on the forums talking about "fags", and then blame it on alcohol later as if that is some kind of legitimate excuse for being so rude.

You haven't been the worst dude in warlight ever, Rommel, that level of infamy must be reserved for Private Parts and his clone army, but yeah - you haven't been all that impressive either, and this thread isn't exactly a testament to your earnest desire to shape up your bro-lier than thou attitude.

1 - I don't know that I've ever played a game with you, so you wouldn't know what I'm like in a chat room. However, I can say that if it's a large one, I tend to stay out of them. One on one, I love talking to random people. There are plenty of guys here that can attest to that. In team games, I am MORE than happy to assist my partners in achieving our goals.

2 - You seem obsessed with that one time when the guy I was playing & I even discussed it and he's accepted my apology. You weren't there, so it doesn't pertain to you. Again, ask how many people here I've booted the minute they go over, even when I could. There is only one guy that I will consistently boot and it's because he joins 5 minute boots and then makes people wait for 30 minutes. Even then, it's only if the other players and I are in a time crunch. I have been booted several times when they knew I was going to win, but I couldn't even tell you who did it because I don't keep a scorecard like you seem to. I only know the positive and negative people I interact with regularly.

3 - Some of the people here do act like fags about it. After they've lost, I've seen several people berate and insult others to no end. It's absolutely ridiculous. My point is that it's a game.

4 - You have made your mind up about me, so that's cool. You're going to believe whatever you want to believe. And if you knew what I was dealing with before posting last night, you might be a bit more understanding. I won't get into that, though. As I said before, you can either get over it and we can have fun, or we can not play games together. The choice is yours.

Primarily, it's a rare day when I meet someone who both is willing to use the term "fag" as an ephithet, and yet is actually a cool and worthwhile person. Who knows, maybe you're the exception.

Or maybe it's an effect of me hanging out with homosexuals who use the term "fag" loosely. Who knows?
