I like your changes, they all make sense. Maybe you could fix the awkward Birmingham-London border while you're at it.

Yeah perhaps change it to Wales and England. Or Wales, South and North England.

I wish, numbers would never fit in wales. It works out best the way it is... Although I'm making some new changes to Saudi Arabia. I don't really like dead-end territories, that's why I fixed Hainan (China) and Madeira (Portugal). I also added a South African island!

My intention was not changing the territories, it's simply that the border between London and Birmingham is a straight line, which isn't really pleasing to the eye.

It's not very accurate either.

Perhaps if you take a screenshot and edit a border line because I don't see any other way a border will work :/
