Update with commentary!
Summary:
As expected TSFH and TLA appear to be the ones with the best shot to promote to div C.
I must admit I am surprised to see NWO at third place considering their roster size. At one point they even held the top spot for a little while. With some clans dropping out and there always are a few, they have a fair shot playing in div C next season too.
Oh how I wonder how everything would've been hadn't German Warlords been disqualified for being late.
Our division is also by far the fastest to complete games, that's at least something. :P
I expect the ranking to stay as it is now, only thing that could change is Celtica and TBA switching places.

I fully expect TSFH team to go undefeated on India, at least on paper they're just so much better than everyone else.
Controversially, I think second place on this template will be decided between NWO and Celtica.
Confident in our first place finish and NWO's second place finish.
Deadman's RoR:
First place on this template will be decided by the TSFH vs TLA game, confident that no other team will come close to those two. I'd give a slight edge to TSFH team though.
Still coming down to that one game between TSFH and TLA. :P
Biomes of America:
Another template where the final standing will be decided between TSFH and TLA. This one is a lot closer than any other team template in my opinion.
Same commentary applies for this game. One game to decide it all!
Strategic MME:
TSFH's strongest team, at least on paper. No one should come close. Second place is going to be a battle between TLA and NWO.
One of the slowest tournaments, I'm confident we will prevail and NWO will be runners-up.
Volcano Island:
The hardest team template to predict, probably decided between TSFH and NWO, TLA team has a fair chance to upset both though.
Another one I think is in the bag, but it will come down to that final TSFH vs TLA game.
Blitzkrieg Bork:
Very likely that it's already won by TLA, with TSFH and NWO fighting for second place.
Won by TLA, TSFH second.
Elitist Africa:
Hardest 1v1 template to predict, Celtica has the best chance to win this one, every other clan could finish second.
Won by TBA! Second place a battle between Celtica and TSFH.
French Brawl:
Confident the template is already won by TSFH, TLA has by far the best chance to finish second.
I'd put good money on TSFH winning and TLA finishing second.
Malvia:
NWO has the best chance to win this template, TSFH probably the only clan that could cause an upset here.
Won by NWO, TSFH has the best chance to finish second, still open for everyone though.
Strategic MME:
Hard to predict, I'd give the best chances to either TSFH or TLA with NWO or even Celtica potentially upsetting both.
The slowest tournament in our division, I'd still favour TSFH or TLA over others.
Volcano Island:
Another hard template to predict, looking at the results so far, TLA has the best chance to win on this template.
Looks like a three-way tie. :)
Sorry for the short commentary, there really isn't much to add to what can be seen. Not many openly care about or discuss division D stuff. :/
