I wish there was a "Boot all", and VTB all. (Maybe a Nudge All too).

This is specially helpful if you play RR Tourney Big Team games, and most players (entire teams) are inactive.

However, this will probably be of low priority on Fizzer's agenda.
Nevertheless, this shouldn't be too hard to implement.
