I have enabled the creation of maps, but the design map tab is not there. I think it is because my browser doesn't display all the tabs, especially in multi player. Can I upload my map with a different way?

What resolution is your screen? If it's super low horizontally, it could be too far off to the right.

The other possibility is that you just need to refresh your browser after enabling it.
