At Warzone Wiki, (listed correctly) the listing of fog in order of precedence is:

None
LIght
Normal
Dense
Heavy
Complete

But the game has it listed incorrectly:

None
LIght
Dense
Normal
Heavy
Complete

You are obviously assuming that there is a descending order of fog types from None to Complete. However this isn't the case. Neither "Normal" nor "Dense" are per definition foggier than each other.
