In this thread I wanna discuss creating load/save templates sets feature. It can be bookmarklet, browser add-on, console code, or implemented by game creators. Anybody can do this knowing basics of JS and googling.
!!!!!!To understand how useful and time saving this feature just read exmpl below:
Imagine we usually playing have all 40 templates checked at quick-match templates picking menu. But now we want to practice some exactly map (2v2 or FFA maybe, or only small earth). So, we need to unchecked ALL 39 templates and leaving checked only one we need. Okay, we wasted time to do 39 unchecking. But now we need to check them back. ... So we need to make another time 39 more clicks on checkboxes.
Creating extended menu with ability to save/load templates sets will fix this problem.
FUNCTIONS OF EXTENDED PICKING MENU: - save set of templates - load set of templates - rename saved set - check-all - uncheck-all - reverse checking -*extended filter filter option for hide/show check/uncheck: ---- multiattack ---- team games ---- local deployments ---- army cap ---- etc.
Sry for bad inglish. Hope this forum not dead, but not expecting that I'll get some feedback.

It seems like a Check/Uncheck All templates button would achieve 90% of the goal here (reducing clicks). Unless your template sets are going to be close to 20 in size.

Muli, wow, it's great! I'ts will be fine, if more people know about Userscript. Gonna show it to my forum guys. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fizzer also said at PM, that he can think about implementing templates sets feature only if it wanted by huge amount of players (a lot votes at suggestion page). Maybe ask people to vote for it is nice idea too, but now for me knowing about Userscript is enough.
