You are tired of looking always the world-europe-rome holy trinity in the open games tab? I know what you feel.
We need a strategic 1v1 autogame with random map Fizzer!

Why not just create the games yourself?

Before this i didnt like create becouse my huge invite list needed a lot of loadtime and freeze my other programs, but the new update solve this, so congrat to this feature.
By the way if I create a game then I choose a map so that is not random. It would be cool if we need just only one click and we can plan on a shiny new map. 95% of the maps are almost never played and I think a simple randommap-autogame can be change this gray status and the Warlight would be a much colorful and diversified game.

I propose just try it and the random-map autogame will be more popular then the medium world autogame!

I'm sorry, but "random map" is a horrible idea. You can get Duel or Big USA or anything in between.
However, selecting a map randomly from a specific list, or selecting one randomly that satisfies certain criteria are both possible options, should Fizzer feel the need for more things to program. However, I'd say there are quite a few uservoice things he'd want to implement first :)

Sounds quite interesting. If implemented, IMO it should also exclude maps I rated poorly by default.

I agree with everyone who like the random-map idea :)
For a random-map autogame it can be ideal all map except the too small (20-) and too big (800+) ones.

i agree to disagree...
I like the 1v1 strategic autogame jsut fine the only problem i see with it is that there often louse players that join no offence to anyone that plays the autogames im jsut saying i think it would be great if another autogames was added with seating pre reqs like 40 or 50 percent win rate?

I don't think this would work as an auto-game; if it's a map many people don't like, it will simply never fill up and remain there until... ehm, Fizzer manually removes it or something?
There are a couple of maps which are simply not very good. "Having" to play on them would ruin any "random map" feature. Also, there's a lot of maps which are unsuitable for certain kinds of games (if I'm in the mood for a 24 FFA, "Duel" wouldn't work all that well; if I want a 1vs1 game, USA Big might not be an optimal choice). So I think it's best if the game only proposes a map, but doesn't actually select it automatically.
How about adding a button to the map selection stage called "Random Map"? When pressed, it will select a random map (excluding the ones you rated poorly probably) for you and display it the same way as if you had clicked it yourself. If you like that map, great, create the game, if not, click the button again. Even if it selects a map you don't like, maybe your attention will suddenly be drawn by the map next to it; so click that one and create the game. Sure, it's not "random", but at least you're playing on a "new" map!
