-You may challenge someone 5 or fewer ranks above you only, to challenge them just comment below.
-All challenges must be accepted. If they are not accepted within a week it is considered that they forfeited the match. (anyone on vacation for more than a week becomes unchallengeable for the duration of their vacation, as long as they let us know in advance)
-1 challenging game and 1 challenged game can go on at a time for each player.
-The game will be played on the strategic 1V1 settings with 16% luck, so a member has to create. IMPORTANT! if the title of the game is not "Warlighter Challenge Ladder Game" then it does not count! (this avoids any form of cheating by posting old games). It will be a best of 3 games except if one of the players forfeits earlier than that (which is acceptable if you have clearly lost).
-If the challenger loses, nothing happens. if the challenger wins, he takes the place of the challenged and everyone below him is moved down 1 rank. (i'll look after that).

The ranking will start by first come first served, I hereby join, taking second spot after Warflowvet.

Inactivity won't matter; savvy players will challenge him/her and pick up a place.

Credit goes to Warflowvet {Warlighter} who came up with this great idea. We are already using this for the in-clan ladder. Hopefully it should work easily; I am here to answer any questions along with Warflowvet, and I can make games if needed.

how you going to rank the clans i say you use mean and median of each team or combined stats of all team player.

Sorry to be blunt, but you guys know that for an event like this to be called a challenge it should be... you know... challenging?

What's the point in this? It sounds a lot like General Mac's to me. And I especially love the name...You don't see Mac calling his 1v1 challenger belts {RP}.

And sze is right...There is no challenge when it is a {Warligher} event. The tournaments you make with that name never have any competition. If you used a different name, you might actually get some solid players to join.

Ironheart, stats are nearly meaningless in Warlight...The Elite clan would have an average of above 80% stats I believe but they are nowhere near the level of [WM] or apex or AHoL, who's averages would be more 65 to 70%. I think Clan Leagues are the best way of ranking clans and that's what's going on right now...I will start a new one once the current one finishes and whoever wins the current one will be known as the strongest clan for the next 2-3 months until the next one ends.

i have questions. i dont see the point of this challenge or what you are trying to prove or accomplish. also i am not saying to warflow player is bad i however will say he seems kind of rude on how he challenged me and my friends.

example being ="RSP has refused all my challenges, so obviously not a single one of them can beat me. If one of their members does not agree prove me wrong, any map, any settings. If no one does, no excuses, you're just all bads."

i will say however i do not belive myself to be a great player but i accepted his challenge and won in just a few turns like 6 or 7. all i am trying to say is i dont think that your idea idea is good and he is to rude for it to be fun..

I only posted the {Warlighter} thing for recognition.

The reason that it is there on my posts is because i copy and pasted a lot from the Clan website.

It isn't a clan event, and while it may be similar to Macs games, Mac asked warflowvet to make a new thread if he wanted his idea to be put into practice.

Why shouldn't it be challenging? Look at Macs belts, better and better players are now joining, so it is very challenging.

It is another way to rank WarLights players in a more interesting way, and it is open to non-members too.

This won't work, we need to have a post we can edit for ranks instead of having to create a new post every time there's a change in ranks.

Arun, there is a reason that 20 was a success at the time... I can assure you that with the same idea where Gui was succesful, you'd fail, because it wouldn't attract best players even if invited personally. It's just like in real world, to convince other people you need to have at least some degree of credibility as a player, thus ensuring, or at least seemingly ensuring, the level of play. If I were to give you an advice, before posting that, convince 2-3 good players to compete and then announce it, after that there might be some competition.

@jsa it did not say it waxs perfect it will just be a way to judge for the first tournament.
