28. (this one took me some time, the trick is to eliminate the effect of the random one :p)
Ask one daughter(A), is she (B) (point at one of the other ones) older than her (C)(point at the last one).
If the answer you get is'yes' then pick C. If the answer is 'no' then you pick B.
How does this work? If the one you ask is the one who say something random, the answer doesn't matter since you'll pick one of the other two. if you ask the truth teller, and she say yes, you'll pick C the youngest one. if you ask the truth teller, and she say no, you'll pick B, the youngest one. if you ask the one who lies, and she say yes, you'd pick C, in this case the oldest. if you ask the one who lies and she say no, you pick B, again the oldest one.
