It occurred to me that this may be out of date, and may need re-wording:

VIII. Automation
Users agree not to use or launch any automated system that accesses WarLight, LLC.'s website, including but not limited to systems that attempt to automatically play the game, create games, communicate with other Users, or mine data.

CLOTs, ultimately controlled by the user are automated systems that perform tasks including but not limited to creating games, changing settings and communicating with users. These tasks clearly violate the rule stated above. It's clear that as CLOTs were introduced by Fizzer they may be exempt from this rule, but surely it needs re-wording?
