Why?
I can understand making it so the player gets to choose which games he feel are most notable (thus allowing for the removal of wins via boot) which would also allow for your limitation to occur on an individual basis.

Im just saying because it isnt the same thing to defeat the player which was first after 1 week of ladder as defeatign the current first
