Everything's getting nerfed slowly over time tbh.

It wouldn't surprise me if Inspire Mercs gets nerfed so that it's only 25%-50% of the mercs available in a given camp instead of 100%.

We've seen nerfs to Caches, FBs & MRs, so it kind of makes sense that IM could be next.
