but I just now discovered this three-year-old map by Fizzer, I thought it was pretty interesting.

Territories don't connect to their neighbors. Instead they connect to the territories their neighbors touch.
It requires a total different technique than you normally do with the normal earth map
I like this map, enemies are always nearby and you should expand and defend carefully
