MEMBERSHIP: is it a montly paied subscription?
Is membership a montly paied subscription or if I pay it once I have it for life?
I really want to be able to create diplo games and so I need custom scenarios and so I need membership but of course it will take me some time until I have created a custom scenario, maybe more than a month, so I need to know from you guys if its a montly based subscription.
