Sorry. I am not sure why but when I looked at the South America bonuses, a few bonuses had no territories, a lot had territories on the other side of the continent and a lot of territories had no bonus.

You've ruined it with all the bases, tanks and airports, you made it more chaotic. There's airports in all continents except Europe. Though Europe has (My guess) the most airports. I know you cant fit it in, but don't include them anyway. Or the tanks. I though this was "World cities" not Modern warfare.

Also do some research:

Manchester is a much larger city in England than "Sheffield" and it has more population also. Then you put "Glasgow" ahead of Edinburgh? Edinburgh again has bigger population and is the capital of Scotland.

Also bonuses:

"Roman Africa" is this 100 BC or something? I'm pretty sure you can call it "North Africa". No need for an ancient name ;P

Glasgow has a lot more population than Edinburgh and it is accepted that Glasgow is the more important city.

Glasgow : 598,830
Edinburgh: 495,360

True...proved me wrong. But that's 100,000 more. Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland.

Aarhus has more population than Odense
