I, Hotarian is organizing this event and bringing it to the public attention after many months of trying to make this work. You may remember that I tried to set up a French Brawl League and that didn't go so well... I have made this League to be a way better way in figuring out the number 1 player of all time! Player Championship League
How it worksThe Try-Outs8 tryout tournaments each host 16 players starting with 1 tournament at a time. 3 days to join 3 day boot time. Each tournament will be a different template. The winner of each Tournament will be invited to the 8 top player single elimination challenge
The FinalsEach player will battle another on the same template. 8 players win, 8 players lose. the loser's then battle each other on that same template. 4 players win, 4 players lose. Then its 2, then when there is 1 person that has not won yet that person is eliminated and we have our top 7. When the top 7 start battling it will be on a different template.
What if it's an uneven number?? 1 person will get a bye which counts as an automatic loose. He then will play with the 7 loser's turning it into 8. Then the process stays the same, 4 win 4 lose, 2 win 2 lose, 1 win 1 elimination, now we have our 6.
Joining The LeagueIn order to join this league you need to
POST THAT YOU WANT TO JOIN IN THIS FORUM! Anyone is welcome but just to be clear its a 16 player tournament, once 16 players have asked to join those players will receive an invite to a randomly selected template of the 40 templates I have chosen. You have 3 days to join it or until 16 players got in. I am hosting this so I will not be participating so it eliminates the bias of "hes only choosing templates he is good at". You only need to tell me you want in once. When season 1 ends and Season 2 starts you will be automatically invited to the next tourney but remember to get in fast this will be quick!!!
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!If you win a tryout tournament you will get a message in your mailbox with a congratulation however... Because it was a tryout there is no point in inviting the winner, Im looking for the top 8 and I cant do that if 1 person wins all 8 tryout tournaments. SO if you win you will hang tight till we have 8 different winners then the competition really begins
Rules - No alts allowed, needs to be fair for everyone. You either join with your main or you dont join at all.
- No voting! Templates are auto selected so no voting will be necessary.
- No Booting! If you boot you will be blocked and no longer will attend this league
