I've been noticing that these bars are behind the amount of gold and armies you currently have, but what do they represent? It seems like when they "fill" all the way to the left, they just go back to the middle and starting moving towards the left again.

Does anyone know what those blue and yellow bars are meant to represent? Thanks!

I think it represents how many armies and money you have. After you hit a certain amount, they start over and go to a different amount.
