@Moros: I think it looks quite good, all the world maps that are already done looks too "cuadratic", it doesn't look too much like a map. (This is a personal opinion). And this is looking at least a little better too me, territories look compensed and I don't know, I like who it is going...
About the name, I would vote for D) Modern World if you are sure that you are not going to keep the name "Penguins" (I like penguins xD).
No , no, no... You're all misunderstanding the situation. the map is about a bigger version of world nations. Each territory will have its own bonus. But because of the high number of territories, there will be less bonusses to evade the problem that the SVG can't load because of all these bits the bonusses have.
