Turn 7 Weisblut: Order delay --> Venezuela attacks Cuba --> Western Australia attacks Malaysia. Brazil didn't move at all.
I'm not especialy interested in what happened turn 7, but I just want to point out that you didn't try optimizing your moves. The moves in this game happened pretty fast and I guess you played even faster than your opponent. Skip to end --> look at board for a second --> do a couple moves super fast --> commit. That should be the only way to make 1 minute moves possible.
Some tasks that need to happen during a move: - Looking for patterns in opponent moves (is especially important when playing low level players since they have very clear patterns. You for example hate to defend your spots but prefer to attack / expand instead). Also it's interesting to see if your opponent is trying to outdelay you and how many orders he generally has. - Analyzing what is going on behind the fog. This includes checking the history and the visible deployment of the opponent each turn. You need to have theories about where the opponent is and where he is expanding. Looking at this game I have a feeling that you didn't knew he was in Caucasus until your opponent surrendered. - ...

Your 3 and 4 picks should be in reversed order, East China has control over SEA and you can actually complete that bonus. I would put my 6 in CA, because on this board it is likely you and your opponent would have similar picks so a fast +3 bonus would make more sense.
