* One-directional connections (ie: spaceship can attack landing sites, but landing sites can't attack spaceship)
* Encode custom scenario armies into map distribution (this may just be me not knowing how to do it...)
* Local Deployment when bonuses overlap (superbonuses).
* Territories that can be taken over but don't count when it comes to being eliminated (ie: special territory groups that do not link to other groups)
