I've noticed a lot of things are happening related to clans. Before, the only major clans were {WM} [REGL] {Warlighters} [P], {x} and FBG as well as a few minor ones. It was very hard to start a clan and expect it to surive. Look what happened to coldblood. Now things have begun to change. Lots of clans began to spring out, and became large and well known. For example, {V.I.W} was orignaly just a few group of players who new each other, but is now the second largest clan on warlight. A few other examples that suddenly became well known in little time includes MC, {101rst} and the new Worl War Dominance clan, among others. Does anyone else find this a little weird, or wants to comment on what you think?

I actually believe that clans in general are becoming popular in Warlight. More people are hearing about them and more people are interested in joining. I think that's why these new clans are successful. There are a lot of applicants. :)

I think the reason the new clans are doing so well is they have low standards. And for new players who don't know how to play warlight very well at all and want to be in a clan, those clans are ideal. I think it is much harder for elitist clans to stick around, as most of the people who want to be in clans aren't very good. However, that is not always the case.
I like new clans being formed though as it provides more fun competition :) While most of the new clans aren't very good right now, they could be really tough to beat in the future.

Obviously clans are getting popular before hand not many would be interested in a clan. I'm happy that my clan is gaining members per day and hope to continue this process. I think the more clans the better like lets be honest do we want just a 3 clan competition all the time seiriously? Let small clans have a shout :)
I personnaly think that 101st is a good clan capable of challenging wm in the future.

The reason coldblood and some other clans failed is because they were obviously troll clans or trolling and nobody wants to join a troll clan however the more genuine one are excepted and as people saw the new clans 101 and Mc become successful people have been less doubtful on clans that and yoshi curtis the clan hater has left.

Alex, Let's be honest here. I said in the future some of these clans may be good meaning {RSP} and some other elitest clans. I don't see how anyone could consider your clan a strong one right now. I have played with 2 of the "best players" and one is above average but is pretty easy to beat normally. The 2nd one is a below average player who nearly anyone can beat. I'm not naming names, as I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings but the "best guys" obviously aren't much. And the "Average Players with good Potential" is bad as well. I have played with 4 of them, and all 4 are horrible, way below average players.
Maybe in the future you guys will be one of the best clans but I doubt it. You are going to have to get some really good players and have good teachers as well. Open clans like that can never be considered one of the best clans in warlight unless they have a great history like [REGL] or they have many top players, which is unlikely.

K lets keep this civilised (no clan arguments or poems from HMS please).
@Ironheart I agree with what you said (although I never saw Kurtis). To add on it, another thing that may make clans more popular is that more and more clan are making recruitment threads, and are getting more press (For example, the juggernauts are a clan that is fairly big, but no one knows them that well). Another reason is that since more clans are getting popular, this is creating a chain reaction for more clans to be made.

My first day in Warlight I didn't say to myself: Hey I will be great in the future. I just said: ok I am a noob. (Thing that I still do, since it is the only way to improve here)
Anyway I see why you defended your clan to JSA's opinion (totally correct by the way): you are the clan leader, you couldn't agree.
But why to write: "The 101st have a lot of potential of being one of the best clans on warlight"?
Let's say that to such a sentence some critiques should be expected, considering also that it is not the first time that you say this very thing.
I don't want to do the censor of the community, so take my opinion just as suggestion: better to say to be (or to have lot of potential to be) one of the best clan when you are one of the best clan.
About the topic of this thread I once again agree with JSA.
